Review of our Gourmet Getaway at the HotelAs a landscape photographer, I relish in the beauty of natural scenery, but on my recent trip to Isla Capri, it was the culinary offerings of the hotel that captured my heart. Each morning began with a delightful cooked-to-order breakfast, featuring locally-sourced ingredients. Imagine enjoying perfectly poached eggs while gazing out at the sun rising over the Mediterranean - breakfast here was an invitation to linger a little longer. The hotel's restaurant ambiance was another highlight. Intimate and inviting, it was a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the nearby walled city. I encountered the staff frequently, who were always ready to assist with recommendations, and they added a warm touch to the atmosphere. While the beach right across the street was decent, the more stunning turquoise options only a short distance away made it easy to trade a few steps for views. Plus, the convenience of free beach towels made those little excursions effortless.
